Terms of Service

You need an account to buy from us. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details private and for everything done through your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used it.

You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, and give us accurate information. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, is used to abuse the service, or is used for unlawful purposes.

From Idea to Income is a digital guide. Once paid for it is available to download from your account for as long as the account exists.

The Custom Business Idea-to-Launch Blueprint, the Custom One-Month Business Content Strategy and the Custom Three-Month Business Growth Strategy are personalized documents generated with AI-assisted technology from the answers you give in a questionnaire. They are delivered to your account within the target shown on the product page, measured from a complete questionnaire. Each includes a stated period of Business Support access that starts when your questionnaire is submitted.

Monthly Business Support is a recurring membership giving access to an AI-assisted chat built around the Biz Made Clear approach. It is described in more detail in the AI Use and Limitations Disclosure.

Each of these is a separate entitlement. Ending a chat membership does not remove a guide or document you have paid for.

Prices are in Canadian dollars and are shown before you pay. Applicable sales taxes are calculated and shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details.

We may change prices at any time. A change does not affect a purchase already made, and a change to a subscription price takes effect only at a later renewal after we have told you about it.

Monthly Business Support renews automatically at the end of each billing period, monthly or yearly as you chose, and your payment method is charged the price shown when you subscribed until you cancel. You agree to this when you subscribe and the checkout says so before you pay.

You can cancel at any time from the Billing section of your account or by emailing us. Cancellation stops the next renewal; your access continues until the end of the period already paid for. We do not refund the remaining part of a monthly or yearly period, except where the law requires it or in the first 7 days of a brand-new subscription if you have not used the chat.

If we end the service or materially reduce it during a paid period, we refund the unused part. See the Refund and Cancellation Policy for details.

Included chat access that comes with a personalized strategy never converts into a paid subscription on its own. If you want to continue after it ends, you choose to subscribe.

If a renewal payment fails we will email you and retry. If it remains unpaid after a short grace period, chat access pauses until it is resolved. Your purchased documents stay available.

Residents of Quebec: nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, including the rules on contracts with automatic renewal.

You keep ownership of the information you give us. You give us permission to use it to prepare your documents, provide the chat, and run the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. Do not upload information you are not allowed to share, including other people’s personal details or account credentials.

A personalized strategy cannot be prepared until the required parts of its questionnaire are complete. If a questionnaire is left incomplete for a long time we will remind you; the purchase remains yours.

Personalized strategies and Business Support are generated with AI-assisted technology. They are educational and informational. They are not legal, tax, accounting, financial or other professional advice, and they do not guarantee any business outcome, income or result. You decide what to act on and you remain responsible for your business decisions.

AI-generated content can contain errors. Review it before relying on it, and verify anything that depends on facts that change, such as prices, regulations or platform features. Human review is provided only where an offer specifically says so.

The guide, the frameworks, the site and everything we produce are ours or licensed to us. Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use them for your own business. You may not resell, share, republish or redistribute the guide or a strategy document, or use them to build a competing service.

You may use the personalized recommendations in your documents freely in running your own business.

Business Support is for working on your business. Do not use it to generate content that is unlawful, harmful or deceptive, to attempt to extract our prompts or source material, or to automate requests. Reasonable usage limits apply and are shown in your account; they exist so the service stays affordable for everyone.

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you for anything arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase, and we are not liable for indirect, consequential or lost-profit damages. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, or limits the statutory rights of consumers where you live.

We may update these terms. We will show the date of the latest version here and, for material changes affecting an active subscription, tell you by email before they take effect.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without affecting mandatory consumer protections where you live. Questions go to contact@bizmadeclear.com.
