AI Use and Limitations Disclosure

Personalized strategies are written by an AI model following the Biz Made Clear frameworks and the answers in your questionnaire. Business Support responses are generated by an AI model using the From Idea to Income guide, our frameworks, your business profile and the documents you have bought as its reference material.

The AI is instructed to base recommendations on what you told us, to label assumptions, to point out what you should verify, and never to invent statistics, research, competitor findings, customer results or guarantees.

It does not guarantee business success, sales, followers or income. Results depend on execution, market conditions, demand and factors outside anyone’s control.

It does not give legal, tax, accounting, financial or other regulated professional advice. Where a topic needs that, it will say so and suggest you confirm with a qualified professional or the relevant authority.

It is not a person. Conversations in Business Support are not personally reviewed or answered by Saba or a team member unless we say so. Human review of a strategy happens only when our automated checks flag it, or where an offer explicitly includes review.

AI-generated content can be wrong, out of date or generic in places. Read it critically, especially anything that depends on changing facts. Use the "report a problem" option next to any document or chat response, or email support. Reports are reviewed by a person and used to improve the service.

Business Support has fair-use limits on the number of messages per day and per month, shown in your account. They keep the service affordable and are generous for normal use.

Your information is sent to our AI provider, Anthropic, only to produce your documents and responses, under terms that do not allow it to be used for model training. See the Privacy Policy for the details.
